Covid-19 – Update 07 July 2020

SHIPPING ORDERS DURING THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC

During this time the most promptly fulfilled orders will be for DIGITAL FILES (JPEGS) to download.

Like many businesses across the world we are finding that the Coronavirus pandemic continues to impact aspects of our operation.

We have however established a core team which is working successfully to, amongst other things, respond as promptly as possible to questions and enquiries from customers and to process orders.

For the most part we are processing orders broadly within our normal turnaround times.

In some markets we can ship as normal but in others shipping has been impacted by either:

  • Couriers experiencing ‘Coronavirus related’ delays in transit and / or with customs clearance.
  • Schools being closed and unable to help with distribution of orders until they are allowed to open again, (which in some cases may not be until after September 2020)

Where either of these is the case (see below), we’d ask you to be patient and assure you that we will get your order to you as soon as we can. We will email you as soon as your order it is on its way.

In the meantime if you’d like to swap any unframed prints included in your order for Digital Files to download please email the details including your Order Number to customerservice@pret-a-portrait.net
