Events

Our distinctive approach makes a great addition to any big event – and can often be used as an effective fundraiser too.

Lots of guests will appreciate the chance to have some high quality professionally lit studio pictures taken – and they tend to be much more popular than simply having a photographer or two roving around.

It does mean finding some suitable space, our studios need about 6m x 8m of clear space and access to a normal domestic 13A power supply in a space that is in or near the main action of the evening.

But the results are definitely worth it.

How They Work

We’ll arrive approx 90 minutes before then event is due to start and set up a studio in the previously agreed spot.

Guests will be invited to spend a minute or two in the studio as they arrive, during pre-dinner drinks, between courses, after dinner etc. We will take pictures of couples, groups of friends, tables, the organising committee, other officials etc.

Guests will be able to view and order pictures during the evening and / or online afterwards.

We are also happy to take other pictures as required – to capture a record of the evening and the key events, speeches, presentations etc as briefed by you.

We make no charge for photographing events with 200+ guests. For smaller events please ask for a quote. (0800 021 7626)

Fundraising

Our standard prices allow organisers to take 10% of net sales. If you’d like to try to raise more and you think the market will bear it we are happy to discuss creating a bespoke price list to accommodate this.
